Client Requirements

The initial specifications from the customer were to enable a member—referred to in the system as a doctor to build a form for patients that administrators and members could utilise and fill out and get signed by patients.

The client wanted us to develop high standards in professional and business practices.

Thus, it was essential to offer ease of access to all the members with a smooth, user-friendly platform.

Challenges Faced

This is the most crucial stage of development. Creating a smooth development process, we aligned multiple meetings with our client to learn about the core problems and issues. Here is a list of the challenges we faced due to the drawbacks.

    The system's overall operations were seamless and straightforward to complete. However, getting the patients' digital signatures took a little more work.

    It was difficult and time-consuming to filter patients from many forms simultaneously. And they, too, had their privacy issues as they needed additional assistance and reassurance.

  • Our team generated a form for members with a list of patients' names. And other information was broken into many keywords utilized in the filtration process.

Process

  • Tread 1

    The creation and storage of patient data by society members (Doctors) was made possible through a new internet application. One app will be for the super admin, and the other will be for the members of the web app (Doctors).
  • Tread 2

    Using the member ID, the super admin of the system will be able to register the member(s). The super admin of the system will be able to manage the members (Doctors), enabling them to access the list of forms followed by the end user's data (patients).
  • Tread 3

    Blocking or unblocking members will be possible for the super admin (Doctors). The super admin will have access to the reports for general user management and form development.
  • Tread 4

    The super admin will send an invite link to the member going by the name of Doctor, who must then enter and confirm their password to join. After approval, the member may create the form that the user will submit (patients).

    By clicking the CTA (Action) button, the member may examine a list of the forms he has made and be sent to the details page for the users who have completed the form. The member will be able to examine the respected end user (patient) in detail after reading the duplicate listing and printing the detail as necessary.

Technologies Used

Initially, we began designing over Figma, a collaborative web application for interface design, followed by using "HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap" for the frontend conversion.

After that, we used the latest version of "PHP" followed by the "Google Font APIs" and "Chart.JS" for JavaScript Graphics, along with some libraries for development.
